Can Vaginal Lip Lump With Soreness, Discomfort And Bleeding Be Treated?

i have a lump down below on my flap and its sore, i had intercause last night and it hert when he inserts and its like a rubby burning feel (really incomfy) and now the lump/spot is still there but some times when i wipe there is a bit on blood please help
