Can Varicose Vein Cause Dark Spots On Outer Calf?

I am a 53 yr old A/A female, controlled diabetic. I have spider/vericose veins on my legs; however, I noticed that I also have two dark spots on the outer calf of my legs? Is there an oitment or cream I can use to remove the spots. I have been messaging them and they have lighten? Without surgery or the needle treatment is there something else I could try? I have a sedatary position?

Brief-Ans-Testicular Swelling with vein Pain/Under Investigation

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Studied your query in full depth of its details.Reviewed it in context of your health concerns.
You seem to suffer from-dark spots from subcutaneous hemorrhages from the perforator veins ,which accompany the varicosity of leg veins.
As these black spots reduced after massage,Venostock would control its progress and recurrence.

Non-Surgical Treatment-for time being til the condition is in control-
Veno-Stockings whole day.
Rest/ Elevation while lying down.
This would avoid DVT complicaiton of Varicose leg veins.
