Can Via Ananas Be Taken By Heart Patients For Weight Loss?

i had heart attack 4 years back , total of 6 stents i have now in my arteries , all test are ok and blood pressure under control , i quit smoking from that time, but i gained weight , i have to reduce my fat around the waist and around my internal organs , is via ananas good for me? no side effects?

ananas is OK otherwise there is No diabetes Mellitus , you have to check your cholesterol & triglycerides regularily , if not controlled by diet , your doctor is obliged to add medicine .
