General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

In my daily practice I notice that exercising can change the menstruation cycle. Exercise affects the menstrual cycle by elevating the metabolism. Metabolism is responsible for chemical reactions in the body like menstruation. So, in my opinion, the changes in your cycle are due to exercises.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
