Can Vigorous Intercourse Cause Blood In The Urine Of My Wife?

My wife is complaining of blood in her urine. She is experiencing urinary frequency, but is not voiding much when she urinates. She is currently menstruating, however the blood is definitely present in her urine. She just got back on Saturday from a two week stay in Mexico. We also had vigorous sexual intercourse (for about 2 hours) 42 hours ago.

Vigorous intercourse can cause mucosal abrasion and may lead to blood in the urine. Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself.
