Can Vitamin B Injections Increase Glucose Levels?

I took my 4th Vit. B 12 injection today. I am Diabetic and also on several B/P pills daily, Synthroid and Victoza which I inject daily for Diabetes. I have noticed my glucose numbers gradually climbing and wondering if it can be from the Vit B injections?
