Can Vitamin D Supplement Cause Tired Eyes And Soreness?
I recently started taking vitamin D supplements (two 1000 mgs a day). My doctor said that i was Vitamin D deficient.
In that last few weeks, my eyes are contstantly tired and sore - as if i have been up all night. Is this a side effect? Will it go away or should i try a lower dose?
