Can Vitamin Supplements Help Microvascular Disease Of Brain?

I have some symptoms of Microvascular Disease of the brain ie white matter in the frontal lobe and the words venous angioma were mentioned. I recently had an Mri with the magnevist. My symptoms were headache, dizziness and night hallucinations....Is there any vitamina on the market that I can get to improve this condition?
