Can Vitamins Intake Cause Foul Smelling And Cloudy Urine?

my 6 yr old daughters urine smells so strong her tests were negative for infection,what can i do?Her doctor did tell me it could be caused by some of the foods shes been eating but ,she eats healthy most of the time,fruits ,veggies could it possibly be her vitamins shes taking?(her urine is very cloudy most of the time as well)
