Can Vomiting After Taking Plan B Be Related To Pregnancy?

Yesterday me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex. He came (sperm came out) both times. Later that day I got my period.

Today I took the Plan B One Step pill just in case. Not even ten minutes after taking the pill i threw up. Is there a possibilty i might be pregnant?

Hi,
I have understood your concern.
It seems you had unprotected sex at the end of your menstrual cycle, which is not a fertile day.You also had started periods on the same day.
Obviously you could not conceive in such condition.
Still you took plan B pill to be on safer side. & vomited within ten minutes of pill.
Plan B pill contains high dose of hormones, I think the vomiting to be due to gastritis- ( irritation of gastric mucosa) a side effect of the drug.
