Can Vomiting And Loss Of Appetite Be Caused Due To Past Vodka Binges?

My 42 year old girlfriend has been fighting alcoholism. She switched from vodka to wine about 2 months ago and has started to have some strange symptoms. She throws up often. which is strange because she barely eats. Her feet hurt so bad all the time she cant walk very often. She has lost considerable weight. can her past vodka binges have caused a condition that is causing these issues
