Can We Continue Giving Zifi To My Son After He Vomited Before Taking It?

Hello Doctor, My son having fever 102.9 we did tepid sponging and meftal p 6 ml. His weight around 12.8 KG. The initial treatment started with zifi 50 and ibugesic plus 6 ml but since morning his temperature not coming down so as per doctor we given him meftal p 6 ml. Can we continue zifi50 at next dose as we didnt given him because he vomit before we given meftal p. Can you suggest how we continue? We given him ORS liquid only after he vomit.
