Can We Use Tri Sprintec As Emergency Contraception ?

I was wondering if you could use birth control pills, more specifically the brand Tri Sprintec, as the morning after pill or plan b.

I guess it is used more as a regulatory medicine to regularise periods and also to treat acne problems. Emergency contraception comes in a different form with only 2 tablets in the pack to be taken 12 hours apart.
