Can Weaning Off All Medication Cure Nervousness, Weightloss And Confused Mind?

Hi yes I was wondering my mother has been taking namenda for about 5 yrs she recently switched to the 28mg xr i want to take her off all medication because i dont feel this is doing any help anymore even it it had but she has been getting prgressively worse kind of rapidly losing a lot of weight and doing lots of repetative things and seems really nervous always has been a nevous person but i think if she was off all her meds maybe she would be calmer. should i wean her off the meds and see how that is i can always put her back on again
