Can Weight Gain After Hysterectomy Be Due To Hormonal Imbalance?

I had a hysterectomy about 8 years ago, but left ovaries, Did great until recently, I have gained about 20 pounds, with no change in diet, having night sweats, not resting well, fatigue, stomach issues, etc. Could this be caused from a hormonal imbalance?

Thanks for query.hysterectomy with intact ovaries does not have much hormonal changes and effects.as you mention its been 8 yrs you were operated so its not a reason .probably you are going in to menopause .it can't be sure as you did not mention your age.symptoms you mention correlate with menopause.regards
