Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I would explain that bodybuilding is not the best physical activity based on your clinical condition.

For this reason, I would recommend practising lighter sports like yoga, aerobics, walking, tennis, etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
