Can White Discharge From Breast Be Symptom Of Breast Cancer?

had a mammogram, radiologist then wanted a ultrasound on the right side of my right breast. he then said i need to go to a surgeon. i'm very scared it could be cancer. there as been some nipple discharge from my right breast, clear or white and can not see blood. it is not spontaneous. sometimes the left breast has discharge and that also is not spontaneous. I am very curious as to what the radiologist saw to recommend a surgeon. I know there will be some sort biopsy.
