Can White Discharges On The Penis Be STD?
Hi im 38 , 5 foot 9 and 10 1/2 stone.... i recently had unprotected sex in may this year and every thing has been fine , until 2 weeks ago the tip of my penis became red / tender only every now and then .. but last night the head of the penis got a rash all over slightly raised non itchy and painless , i washed it and went to bed and in the morning rash had got slightly but the head looked off colour and as i rubbed over the head with my thumb white stuff like smegma was appearing , could this be signs of an std or fungel infection ??

If the history of exposure is there then the chances of sexual transmitted disease is very likely either you can go get done the routine examination or can go for treatment and the best option would be Tab Ofloxacine 600 mg twice in day for a day only, if the symptoms persist then would need clinical examination, take care.
