Can White Layer Formation On The Penis Shaft Be STD?

i had sex with a prostitute about 2 months ago and during sex condom slipped off and i was drunken so did the prostitute. There was no ejaculation or any release of sperm. When i saw that my condom slipped off i stopped doing sex with that prostitute and now white layer is formed on my penis. When i clean it, it goes and again it forms within 48 hrs time period. Is there any possibility of HIV / STD. Do i need to go for any blood test. Please help me i am scared.

thank you for query.the white layer may be normal if the genitals are not kept clean. It may be due to fungal infection. Please take following precautions.Use loose cotton clothes.Keep area dry.Apply antifungals like clotirimazole.clean the area twice daily with warm water.Treat your partner also to prevent recurrence.consult doctor if does not subside. You can get back to me for any clarifications with the photos.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist.
