Can White Patches In The Mouth Developed Due To Tobacco Chewing And Smoking Be Permanently Cured?

dear sir,
5 years ago i used to chewing gutka afterward i quite and started smoking . a few days back i noticed white patches in my mouth . i discussed with a doctor he told me that it may not be recover it can be controlled only . since then i am very much disappointed kindly suggest me if its permanently removal is possible ....

Hello, Welcome Thanks for consulting HCM,
You have mentioned that you have habit of chewing gutka, smoking, from few years , now you have white patches, dont worry much it can be controlled , and removed, but this lesion treatment takes time,
1. Quit habit, dont Chew tobacco, dont smoke.
2. Apply ointment local application of Triamcinolone Actonide paste on white patches
3. Take capsule Vitamin A , capsule Vitamin B once a day ,
You take this medications for one week if your problem continues then consult dentist go for biopsy and further investigations
