Can White Worms Be Coming Out Of Skin Rash?

I have a relative that has had a rash for quite awhile. She has diabetes and psorisis.

She claims that she sees little white worms coming out of her skin where she has the rash. In the morning when she blows her nose they appear as well. She also claims that they bite her. We have inspected the area and didn't find any signs of worms, and she said that she can see them while we were looking. Can this be possible?
