Can Wine Be Consumed While On Medication For BP And Diabetes?

Hi doc,, i am taking 100mg losartan potassium...,20mg analapril, for my blood pressure,.. 1000mg metformin, 50 unit insulin, 25mg hydrochlorothiazide...water tablet in the morning ....,at night 1000mg metformin...20mg enalapril...27 unit insulin...20mg simvastatin...can.i drink 4 ounces of red wine at dinner..

Hi and welcome.
Yes you can but you should not exceed this amount of alcohol intake since it may reduce effect of medications. Also,you should not take medicine at same time as alcohol. but as I said, moderate amounts of alcohol are acceptable.
