Can Wisdom Tooth Removal Cause Delayed Period?

I am 7 days late on my period, but before this month, I have always been regular. I had two wisdom tooth removal surgeries, one week apart, and the last one I had was two days ago. I am taking antibiotics and a painkiller as prescribed by my dentist. I do not know why I am late on my period, could you help me?
