Can Withdrawal From Elleste Cause Mood Swings?

I have been prescribed elleste 1mg tablets i started taking the tablets for 10 days i went on a last minute holiday and panicked about flying so i stopped the taking the tablets.Ihave been off them a week now and i feel as if my mood swings have got worse would this be the result o stopping the tablets? I want to start again but how do i commence with the treatment do i just continue using the pack i was on not on the green tablets yet but would be in few days please help I am 45 years old
