Can Withdrawing Xet Cr 12.5 Cause Uneasiness And Heart Palpitations?

my mom is taking medicine xet cr 12.5 since 1 year...... whnevr she tries to leave the medicietne she starts facing su strange symptoms like uneasyness, rapid heart palpitations and sum strange feelings in stomach etc... our family doctor has asked her to continue for sum more months.... is it safe taking this medicine for that long?? she's also having amtas 5 and pan 40 daily......
