Can Working In Construction Cause A Lump In The Lower Back?

I have a small lump finger tip shape in my lower left back favoring towards my side .It doesn t hurt only noticed four days ago by accident ,it hurts only when I think about it .Could it be from working out or working construction for 15 years i am 35

Working in the construction will not cause lump in the lower back, please approach a surgeon for a biopsy of the lump to know what the lump is made of.
