Hi,

The most common cause of severe red moles on the body of a person your age will be strawberry hemangiomas. They come with age and the best treatment for them is to get them removed with cautery or radio frequency. However, if you don't like an invasive procedure you can also try applying diclofenac gel. It won't be completely effective but studies are there which proves the use of diclofenac gel in strawberry hemangiomas.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
