Good Evening Doctor, Can you please elaborate the following MRI scan report. Study of cervical discs are as follows: Disc dehydration noted at C2-C3 to C5-C6 levels. C2-3 level: Mild disc bulge indenting thecal sac causing no neural compression .Facet joints are normal. C3-4 level: Mild disc bulge with bilateral uncovertebral hypertrophy (left more than right) indenting thecal sac causing compression of left C4 nerve root .Facet joints are normal. C4-5 level: Mild disc bulge with bilateral uncovertebral osteophytes indenting thecal sac causing compression of left C5 nerve root .Facet joints are normal.
