Can You Explain This Lumbar Spine Report Showing Mild Disc Narrowing, Degenerative Changes, And Slight Vertebral Slippage?

Translation please: There is subtle levocurvature to the upper lumbar spine. The vertebral body heights are with in normal limits. The disc spaces demonstrate mild multilevel narrowing. There are mild multilevel degenerative endplate changes and degenerative facets. There is trace retrolisthesis at L1-2, L2-3 and L4-5 and minimal anterolisthesis at L3-4 which appears similar comparing the flexion extension views.
