Can you explain to me if this is something to be worried about with my 14year old daughter. She had a Ultrasound done and these are the findings.
The uterus measures 7.4 x 1.9 x 3.6 cm . The endometrial stripe measures 5.0 mm. This is within normal
limits. The right ovary measures 5.0 x 2.0 x 4.4 cm. There is a hypoechoic lesion with internal echoes. The
left ovary measures 3.5 x 1.2 x 2.4 cm. There is no significant fluid in the cul-de-sac.

Right ovarian complex cyst, which may represent hemorrhagic cyst
