Can You Have A Heart Attack At The Age Of 30 ?

Can you have a heart attack at the age of 30? Since late last night, I have had really strange gripping pain in the middle upper chest (right under the collar bones and sternum) and across my upper ribs through my back. It feels like a vise around my upper torso . I can t get a deep breath . My right hand keeps feeling tingly. Is there anything else that can explain symptoms like this? I am not on any medicine and was not doing anything strenuous. The pain has remained nearly constant since about 9pm last night. I did call my doctor, she seemed to dismiss my symptoms because of my age and I have normally quite low blood pressure . I feel like she is not taking me seriously. However, she advised me to go to the ER if I was really worried.
