Can You Have Hypoglycemia Without Diabetes?
My blood sugar is 58 I am not diabetic and my triglycerides are 213 but I am on medication. Should I be worried about hypoglycemia. I have always felt weak and dizzy when I don t eat, but never have had my sugar checked. could it be something serious

58 is a real low value . But we need to document this at the time when you feel weak and dizzy .
I advise you to check blood sugar immediately when you feel weak and dizzy and also have some choclate or sugar or sweet after you check your blood sugar . Notice whether you feel better after eating the sweet .
Kindly revert back and let me know your reading . If its a documented Low sugar at the time of dizziness then you need further evaluation for cause of low sugar .
