Can You Substitute The Glaucomate, Cobadex And Rozavel Medicines With Less Cheaper Ones?

Good afternoon sir, I am a diabetic patients and reside at Ranchi jharkhand. I am advised by my diabetic doctor in ranchi and he prescribe few medicine like 1) Glaucomate 1 2) Rozavel 5 3) Reclide XR 60 4) Cobadex czs
Now my query is that this medicine is costly so instead of these medicine can I consume substititute medicine with same composition and if it is possible then please send me the name of medicine also.

If the brands of the medicine and if you can not afford. This will lead to discontinued treatment and diabetic complications.
In this situation I would advice my patient to go for the generic drugs for the same composition. Generic brands from place to place. Your pharmacist may be able to help you.
