Can you take prenatal vitamins even though you arent pregnant? Is it safe? Will it hurt you if you are trying to get pregnant?

hi Nakedan.., you can take vitamin tablets before pregnancy,
but once you get confirmed that you are pregnant, then
you must take only folic acid during first trimester, then vit B12 tablets..
