Canker Sore Inside The Upper Lip. Stinging And Chapping On The Lips. Treatment?

I have what appears to be a canker sore inside my upper lip, but on the other side appears to be a canker sore, expect red and on the gum. Both sting and I've just started to notice in my upper lip it feels like the inside of my lip is chapping, or ripping apart very slowly. I'm concerned and would like to know a few possibilities. I would also like these things to go away asap.
