Caucasian Female, Age 79, General Health Good. Brief Periods Of

Caucasian female, age 79, general health good. Brief periods of 6-7 seconds of "head-rush" with sense of heat down arms. Must stand still & hold onto something to steady balance. Sensation of light-headedness. Not a constant problem; intermittent periods about 3 times per week; sometimes 2 weeks go by without problem. Have experienced this for whole life, but now much more intense & frequent. Never happens when sitting or lying down. Recently experiencing "pins & needles" in right arm & hand during night.
