Cause And Cure For Periodic Pain In Mid Cycle

hi i have pain in what feels like my left ovary and slight general period pain. i'm mid cycle. i have had this on the odd occasion before but not as bad. have taken paracetamol. have three children-the youngest just turned one year.earlier when my little jumped on my lap it felt painful on the left side also. do you think it's anything to worry about?
