Cause For Headache And Dizziness?
I have a couple of really bad dizzy spells lately. It starts with my not being able to see, everything is really blurry and goes together then I get dizzy and can t stand. It last for about 10 to 15 minutes at a time. Then the next day I still remain dizzy and weak just not as dizzy just a little and my head aches alittle in the top of my left eye.

orthostatic hypotension
inner ear disease
transient ischaemic attack
brain tumor
Migraine
In my opinion you should visit a neurologist for clinical examination and MRI Brain to see for neurological deficit or a tumor
Meanwhile be careful while sitting or standing up
don't stay alone you may fall during such an episode and injure yourself
