I am a female, age 61. I have been having occasional headaches on upper left side of my head for a couple of years, not incapacitating or anything. But for the last week, the headache/pressure feeling comes suddenly whenever I bend forward (such as to pick something up) but then goes away when I straighten up. Also today during situps it would hurt every time I was supine then go away as soon as upright. So every situp was: pain, no pain, pain, no pain, etc. Thanks.
Hello, Thank you for your question and welcome to Health Care Magic. I read your query and I understand your concern and the anguish that you are having.
It seems that you have a migraine. A migraine is caused by a trigger factor which in your case seems to be back strain or abdominal strain. This is possibly what is causing the issue. You should avoid straining your back. Also, if there is pain at some specific point, ice the area to help you.
