elevated enzymes indicate some pathology in the liver.it could be hepatitis.complete liver function tests should be done.repeat your ultrasound after one week.drugs like pentoxyphylline will help.take syrups like zymax for better digestion.take 3-4litres of water.avoid fatty foods.consult your doctor for expert management.thankyou
