Cause For Pressure In The Eyes And Forehead?

Hi , i am feeling a pressure behind eyes and forehead from last 10 months. I have done Head CT Scan and found normal. The report shows Sinus. I have taken Sinus medicines for so long but nothing affective. I am not feeling headache but feeling like sensation and sometimes it results that my mind is not in control. I have taken Some Amoxi.... tablests for 3-4 months but nothing affective. I am also taking Homeo medicines but nothing affective.

Is it due to this or something else?

Hello,
Thank you for your question and welcome to Health Care Magic. I read your query and I understand your concern and the anguish that you are having.

From the description, I think that you have a sinus infection. A sinus infection can act as a trigger factor for the migraine. Since you have been trying medication for the last few months, it is likely that the condition cannot be treated.

Here are a few things that you can try along with this:
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day

If this does not help you, you need to see your ENT surgeon to help you. The ENT surgeon will examine you and decide if you should get Functional Endoscopic Sinus surgery which is the best type of surgery that you can get done. All the best and wish you a quick recovery.

Hope this helps you. Feel free to clarify further.
