Cause For The Headache Only In One Side Of The Head?

Hi there. Throughout the day I have had a headache that is mainly on the left side of my head, and generally is painful when I look up or down and when I am walking due to the head moving up and down when I walk. I don't have any other symptoms. What could this be? Thank you.

Hi,
If you are elderly then there might be having some degenerative changes in your cervical spine giving irritation or pressure on nerves causing this problem.
It aggravates headache while doing neck movements and jolting movement while walking due to more pressure on nerves.
Go for x-ray cervical region.
If cervical spondilitis is there then go for physiotherapy and short way dathermy.
Ok and take care.
