Cause For The Lump In The Armpit?
I have a large oval shaped lump in my armpit. It is hard but blood mixed with pus wil come out when I squeeze it. I have used a drawing cream and hot compresses, but it is NOT going away. at first the pain was horrible but its better now? what in the world is this thing?

Hi,
This is an axillary abscess. I suggest you see your doctor as you will need a course of antibiotics. If the infection does not resolve, you may need surgical excision.
