Cause For The Red Circle On The Palm?

hi sir,From few days, i am facing red circle problem on my palm. It starts with a red spot and then after some time it starts swetring and the it becomes a red circle and the it disappear in next two to three days and again get active with a new red spot. This process continue from last 10 days. i got checked my blood it shows some access of (ECOLIC is about To 650). But that should be below 400. So please suggest me some prcaution and medicine.

Perhaps you have erythema multiforme. I suggest you to use cortisone cream, twice daily.
