Cause For The Severe Chest Pain?

Im having severe chest pains throughout the day and they tend to become worse as I am more active the pain increases. At first I thought that this was from the effects of the many chest keloids that I have along my chest but the pain feels as though its much deeper than just on the surface of my skin. What could be the cause of this?

Hello
As you didn't mention the duration of pain in the chest so very difficult to evaluate the diagnosis .
Keloids are within the skin and usually don't causes deep pain , so this apin in the chest may be due to .
1 Pneumonitis or consolidation of lung , diagnosis can be confirmed by X ray examination as well physical examination by a clinician.
2 The next reason of this pain may be due to pleural effusion , if pain is from long time of duration. Again diagnosis can be confirmed by X ray chest .
3 The next reason may be the heart pain , if it is on the left side ( usually ) and radiating to the left arm and jaw. Consult a physician and get his opinion after EKG and ECHO .
4 Acute gastritis may be the next reason so consult a physician and get his opinion.
Good luck.
