Cause Of 2 Plus 1 More Testicle Attached To The Left Ball In A 22 Yr Old Man?

hi, i am 22 year old guy and got in canada in january 2013. i have query related to my bolls, i have 2 plus 1 more boll inside that is attached to the leftside boll. i am noticing this since i grown up and i also had full body checkup when i migrated to canada. i dont understand what it can be? could u please help me in this matter? thanks

Hi.
This so-called another ball can just be a cyst of the cord, epididymal cyst or a lipoma like swelling. The best way to diagnose this is by a good high resolution sonography.
another nice way is to have this checked by sonography and to excise it for 2 reasons : Remove the disease and get a confirmed diagnosis.

There can not be 3 testicles for sure.
