I have a small bump directly on my lip. It's kinda small. And it's the same color as my lip. It's a little raised. Doesn't hurt. It appears larger more times than others. I thought it was a pimple but I don't think you can get those directly on a lip?
Seems to be a mucous cyst, which are smooth symptomatic swellings.
It can sometimes develop due to unnoticed trauma of tooth bite.
Sometimes they resolve on their own.
Treatment is removal with either Electrocautery OR chemical cautery.
take care regards
