Cause Of Painful Urination Few Minutes After Masturbation With Tightened Scrotum And Pain Above The Crotch?

Hi Sir,
Sometimes I masturbate before I go to sleep at night. Usually nothing is wrong, but sometimes (and this always occurs at night, I've found) after I masturbate, a few minutes later I have to urinate. And when I do, it is usually very painful. The feeling doesn't pass either. My scrotum usually gets very tightened up, and there is painful feeling above my crotch and i also feel to bathroom.. Do you have any idea about it.. please can you help me for this

I went through your description. I suggest you not to worry much. People do masturbate, before going to sleep. Most of them feel the urge of urination because of the sensory elements of your urethra. Quite normal. Occasional pain and tightness is also normal. But if the pain is recurring again and again, you should consult a physician. But I think, the pain and tightness is in your thoughts. Better to ignore it for the time being, and concentrate in priority activities.
