Cause Of Penis Tip Hurting While Urinating/ Masturbating And Leakage Of White Fluid Since 4 Days?

while urinating it hurts in the closely to the tip of my penis. there is few white, yellowgreen fluid coming out of my penis. when i masterbate when its cuming it hurts too. its like every minute there is a drop of white fluid coming out. its been 4days. what was my condition??? do i have std? please help

Burning urination and pain at he tip of the penis with yellowish discharge or due to inflammation of urethra (Urethritis)

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
