Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding pain in throat and white bumps on the right side of palate at posterior part.

After considering your symptoms it appears as you are having acute tonsillopharyngitis. The white bumps you have seen are the suppurated follicles of tonsils.

To confirm the diagnosis and for treatment you are advice for-

1- Culture and sensitivity of throat swab.

2- Gram's staining of throat swab.

3- Blood- CBC, ESR, blood sugar ( F & PP ).

4- Urine - routine and microscopic.

With the help of inferences of above investigations and their clinical co-relation with physical examination one may reach to diagnosis and that may be accordingly managed.

Probably above answers your query if still any thing is unclarified you may reconsult us.

Regards.
